- Attested true copies of degree, diploma mark sheets and Certificates should be attached to the application from.
- Caste Certificates should be attached by the reservation class candidates.
- Application forms incomplete with respect to any of the above four items will not be considered fo admission.
- Transference Certificate and Migration Certificate in Original with all other original degree. Diploma mark sheets and Certificates should be submitted at the time of admission.
- In case of cancellation of admission before 31st August, only part of tuition fees could be refunded as per university rule. All other fees are forfeited.
- Three Color Photograph Should be Attach.
- D. D. Rs. 550/- In Favre Director I. M. R.T Payable at Nashik
