Imrt
recognises the importance of being pro-active. Students are encouraged
to plan and organised co-curricular and extra curricular activities
on their own, with only necessary support from the institute. Such
an atmosphere inculcates in them the spirit of independence and
they learn several aspects of management, which may otherwise be
difficult to stimulate with in the confines of the classroom. Students
undertake those activities not merely for the learning they provide,
but also for the pleasure that comes
with the knowledge of job well done. Students recognize their talents
and skills in the process and are inspired to apply and develop
these skills.
